These sessions focus on the body's profound influence on our emotional well-being. By harnessing the power of neuroplasticity through the connection between the autonomic nervous system and the brain, we address the impact of unprocessed emotions on our behavior and overall functioning. Rather than using the term "trauma," I refer to this as "dis-regulation," emphasizing the importance of acknowledging and restoring balance for a more fulfilling life.

Inspired by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen's Body-Mind Centering (BMC), our sessions offer experiential somatic practices. Through movement, touch, voice, and visualization, we embody developmental principles. Guided by BMC and incorporating Stephen Porges' Polyvagal Theory, we explore authentic movement from sensory perception to reflexes and embryology. This work invites you to practice how to move authentically while acknowledging your emotional and neurological state.

Counseling is cognitive, non-judgmental, and empathic approach, providing a safe space for individuals to discuss their personal situations and struggles. It offers dedicated time for self-reflection and finding durable solutions to current difficulties. My counseling approach differs from coaching or therapy; instead, it guides individuals toward a more serene and self-aware version of themselves. If the need arises for deeper emotional release and embodiment, somatic sessions can be incorporated alongside counseling.

IDME sessions are designed for babies and their caregivers, offering new awareness and guidance throughout the baby's physical, physiological, and emotional development. We focus on observing rhythms, movements, sounds, and expressions while learning how to support and stimulate the baby's development. Understanding the baby's developmental phases and patterns is crucial, with a strong emphasis on the caregiver-baby relational dynamic. These sessions provide a dedicated space to reconnect with nature's process of building us into fully grown adults.

I support new born babies (0 to 12 months) and the parents in the child's physiological, emotional and mental development.
Understanding each phase of physical development is crucial for the human being that he or she will become by bringing to the parents the importance of the co-regulation of each person's nervous system.
Emotional Embodiment
We can’t control the outside world but we can gain resilience and flexibility in our body, brain and mind, so the impact of it can be less dramatic and better understood.
